Appraisal interview with Manager

Camel ride of share market

Sensex ek ankon ka khel hain
Har cheez isme gol matol hain

Kabhi niche kabhi upar
Kaisa hain ye chakkar

Kisi ki jeb khali
To kisi ko mil gayi hariyali

Lal aur hare rang ka khel
Par kisi aur se nahi khata mel

Hain isme itna confusion
Hain full of tension.

Dividend, bonus, IPO, Share ka hain business
Par kam hi deta hain success.

Kehte hain Hathi ki matwali chal
Par hamesha ghira rehta hain rango se lal

Kehlata hain wheel of fortune.
Mere liye hamesha raha misfortune.

Jis share main maine lagaya wo kabhi bad na paya
Market hamesha badta raha, mera share girta raha
Kabhi mara long jump, to kabhi short jump.
Par hamesha mujhe milta goosebump

Socha ki takdir banaunga, apni kismet chamkaunga, dosto ko aish karunga
Par jo paya wo sab dusre share mein gawaya

Ride in BMTC: Hebbal to Majestic via Malleshwaram

The song "Musafir hun yaaro" of "Parichay" movie being played on Radio One
today made me write the post on this topic. My friends have always been helping me out with new topics but sometime some topics are so interrelated to each other that made me two combine two topics together. Thanks to Shlok for suggesting me the catchy topic.

Frds, again This is a fictional stories based on my Imagination.

This incident happened in Bangalore when I was a newbie here. One weekend morning I got up early. I had nothing to do. Logged into Orkut. Orkut use to be popular during those days and no one in my group had heard about other social networking site as Facebook. I checked my useless scraps. There was no useful scrap. The only Scrap we use to get from our friends was "Hi, How are you?". This was the limited conversation generally we use use to have on orkut.

Yes, where was I?

Ya, I got up early on one of the weekend. I was standing outside in my gallery and was waiting for my other roomates to getup. I was having tea at that time. I realized that someone kept his hand on my shoulder from back. It was shlok.

Me: Wat man. You scared me..
Shlok: Chacha, Just a good morning wish....

Shlok: Wats your plan for the day?
Me: Nothing much. Need to meet few relatives.

Shlok: Which place?
Me: Basvangudi. Leave it, I know your next question would be "Where it is?".
It's near to Jayanagar.

Jayanaga was quite a famous shopping area in Bangalore. My roommates didn't had much idea about Bangalore. We were new in Bangalore.

Shlok: Which Way you will go.
Me: via majestic.

Shlok:I have to go to Malleshwaram for en quiring about Time Institute.
Me: Ok. But I will go in evening.
Shlok:Ok, I will carry on.

I had never told my roomates about the short way using Mekhri Circle. I always suggested them via Majestic.

Shlok left for Malleshwaram. Its was still early morning for my other roommates. I left for Malleshwaram after half an hour.

I was very well aware with Malleshwaram market and streets.

I was standing on 17th cross Bus Stand at Malleshwaram and was sure that Shlok will never come there since he didn't knew about Bangalore much.

17th cross was a popular spot since it was main bus stop and had lot of hangout joints over there. I had came there to meet my galfrd.

We had met sometime back on internet and had become good frds by now. I had never told it to my roomates since it would have created a mess and she never liked it to be known to other....typically girlish mentality. She never preffered goingout far from home since she use to tell her mom that she is going to meet her frds next lane.

Back on track I was having coffee on one of the cafe over there with her and as expected saw Shlok entering the same cafeteria where I was.

I had no other option than run to washroom avoiding Shlok. I cameout after my frd signalled me to comeout by mobile. I was almost sweating in fear and was very happy that shlok was away.

We sat for some time and later I dropped her to home and came back to my PG. As soon as I entered home Vinayak asked me "Chacha kya majestic ki Bus malleshwaram se jaati hain?"....

I had no answer but was still guessing

"Majestic aur malleshwaram dono bagal mein hi hain" was added by Neeraj.

I was still thinking and was in dilema that how and wat happened.

Shlok blew a whistle and signalled.....

I saw a gal coming out of the other room......She was none other that Radhuni my galfrd..

It was a complete shock for me.....I still couldnt believe how come she is here.

Then later Shlok narrated the story how he saw my Fido-Dido bag on cafe table ...How he followed me and how he convinced her to give a surprise to me and my frds.......followed by a dinner at night....

Thanks Shlok for the wonderful day.

Love and Trust : Two face of same coin

Its time for me to write something about Love and Trust the topic in which people think I am good at. I am not sure how good I am but I will put down my views here.

To start with

manzilein bhi uski thi raasta bhi uska tha
ek main akela tha kaafila bhi uska tha
saath saath chalne ki soch bhi uski thi
phir raasta badalne ka faisla bhi uska tha
aaj kyon main akela hoon?
dil ye sawaal karta hai
log to uske they par kya… khuda bhi uska tha?

The above lines are from my favorite author(
Mr Ravinder Singh, Fame-I too had a love story
) from Whom I am most inspired to write.

It is said that if you can trust someone without your presence then only you should have dare to love someone. Without trust Love is like a ball on a pool table whereas even the ball is not sure after a hit where it will land. Sometimes a small confusion or misunderstanding can lead you to a situation which you had never dream t off.

Love is like a flowing water where a lill obstacle can turn its way can change its flowing direction. Its a very delicate thread which can break anytime.

Once a breakup happens its very difficult for a time machine also to go into you past and improve the relationship issue.

This story is about one of my friend who lost his relationship due to some unavoidable demands from girls parent.

Nitin(Nit): Calling Sunayana: Hey Baby where r u?
Sunayana(Sun): Just got up dear.

Nit: Did I come in your dream.
Sun: Ya.

Nit: What I said in you dream?
Sun: You had no words to speak. you kept your mouth shut.

Nit: me and mouth shut. You are lying !!!
Sun: I also saw one more person in my dream

Nit: He or she?
Sun: He

Nit: Who the hell was he and what he was doing their in you dreams.
Sun: stupid, I saw my dad scolding you in my dream.

Nit:OH!!! he always does that.
Sun: You are never serious.

Nit: What's the plan today?
Sun: Like
Nit:Like
Sun: As of now nothing. Expecting few relatives in afternoon.
Nit: You never have time for me
Sun: Don't start argument again.

Nit: Than: Ended the call

Time had brought the large difference between us. I still remember those days when we had for the first time in college where Sun was surrounded by Seniors as part of ragging activities and i still remember my first date with her where she asked me by which i will like to call her. Those small lill things had so much to do in my life.

We went on a first bike ride to Taj from Gurgaon. Where she proposed and kissed me for the first time and the day when I gave her best gift the White dress which she has not told it to her parents yet. I love her wearing that White dress in which she looked like an Angel.

It was the day of 14th Feb 2008 when she introduced me to her family and that was the last day, we were happy in our relationship. Parents force, Money, studies everything started to become as an obstacle and the trust started to decrease in our relationship.

One day when Sun found my mobile as busy for almost 2 and half hours and thought that I am running from her. I tried to convinced her thousand of times that it was a job call for interview but she didn't believed me.

One day I left Gurgaon for a job which made her feel like that I left Gurgaon to get rid of her. That day was the last day I sopke to her. I tried calling her but no response.

Guyz and Galz just a word- If you wanna be loved, please have trust on you part.

It rains here in April

Hello Guyz and Galz.

Hemant is Back with one more fiction The story is about an incident of Hi-Tech city Bangalore. This incident never happened. Its just a fiction.

I hope it may sound amusing for people in North India that it Rains here in Bangalore in the month of April. I should better say it can rain any time in Bangalore.

It was in the month of april starting and I was at home on a hot summer day with my friends playing some game eating pizzas and having coke.

I was feeling very happy since it was a weekend and moreover in afternoon when u have got up at 11am that too after 5 days of hard work(for people outside my office/Project) it was a day to relax and enjoy. I had nothing to do except troubling(as usual - I do it everyday) my roomy Ankit.

We thought of a plan to go for a movie. I searched in newspaper for all new movies that are being screened today in afternoon show. There was not even a single good movie.

Plan Dropped :(

Nulla: Chacha koi movie nahi lagi, Kya kare.

Chacha(me): Abe kuch to hoga acche se dekh.

Nulla: Chacha kuch to batao. Koi nahi Hain.

Chacha: Sochna Paqdge.(Hemant Chacha ka dimag chacha chaudhri se bhi tej chalta hain)

Idea:Lets go to Commercial.

Nulla: Chacha bohot door hain aur dhoop bhi bohot hain

Chacha: Accha hain na log kum rahenge. Jaldi se ghoom aayenge

Nulla: Chacha Rehne do, ek kaam karte hain mast sote hain ghar pe,kaha lage ho ghoomne ghumane mein

Chacha: saale chaska kyu laga diya. Ab to chalna hi padega.

So we got up and finally took an auto from Hebbal to commercial. He charged us 120 bucks. I started shouting

Me: Bhaiya 120 bohot jyada hain.

Auto driver(AD):Bangalore mein naye aaye ho.

Me: Naya samajh ke loot rahe ho kya.

AD:Naye logo ko to sab loot te hain.

Me: tumse pehle se reh raha hun Bangalore mein.

AD:Bhai Sahab Petrol ka dam bad gaya hain. Aap purane wale rate kyu maang rahe hain.

Uske paas mere hum question ka answer tha aur mere paas time bohot tha maine bhi socha aaj ho jaye aar ya paar. Ankit mere ko bhaap chukka tha.

Ankit: Chacha jab aap ki gapshap nipat jaye to aa jana. Main ped ke neeche hun. Yaha dhoop bohot hain.

Me: I smiled wickedly.

Me to AD:Bhai baat yahi khatam karna hain ya soch lo.

AD thought I am trying to fight with him.

AD: Bhai paisa to fix hain aap sochlijiye.

Me: Bhai aisa hain humne jo bol diya wo bol diya.

Ankit came in between and settled us for 110 bucks. I said Ankit kyu aaya beech mein accha time paas ho raha tha. We roamed on commercial street and left for Kormangla from there. As soon as I reached Kormangla it started raining heavily. We had no place to shelter. Ankit saw one tapra(bandi/Tea stall) and ran towards it. By the time I paid the due to new AD I was completely drenched. I had no option but to run. Suddenly I realized an umbrella on my head. I turned around to see who’s it. I was really surprised to see a girl(can’t name her) there.

Girl: How come u r here.

Me: Just came to see you.

Girl:To see me with Ankit.

Me:Kidding.

We started walking in that single umbrella towards ankit. Suddenly my mobile beeped. I checked my mobile it was a SMS from unknown number. I opened the SMS to read it. There was nothing in that message except the picture pasted above.

I showed the picture to the girl with me. She saw the number and started laughing. It was none other than one of our other friend.

I thanked god. Aaj to meri poori picture banne wali thi. I was completely drenched by now. We four moved to a nearby restaurant and had hot coffee.

one sikka patte strong coffee please.............

On a one of the dull early morning at a tea stall in Bangalore i realized how useful is to know the regional language of that state.

It was a very dull morning. Time was around 6:30 when still most of the people were still trying to enjoy the last movement of their sleep in the quilt, Me and one of my frd Shri were standing at one of the Bandi's(tea stall) in front of office to get rid of cold with a strong coffee. I had reached Office early and still there was little time to start my early morning shift. I had gone to relieve shri from his night shift. It was still cold. As usual dark and still in half sleep the cab driver dropped me at office. Since I was in half sleep so I called Shri and asked him to come down for a cup of coffee. We crossed the road since the stall was just opposite to our office. I ordered two coffee to the service boy. we were waiting for the coffee to come then suddenly I realized that the service boy has failed to remember our order and still we are waiting for our coffee to get delivered. I went to shop owner and tried to order him two strong coffee. It was such as mess over there. The bandi was full of people, the owner was not able to get my order I still struggling to give order. The time was almost 7 am, It was time for me to start my shift. I still struggling to give order. Shri realized my situation from there and shouted loudly- two sikka patte strong coffee please. That day was the day I realized the importance of knowing the regional language. Soon we were served with two strong coffee and I was on my seat to continue my work.

Can Music really ease out the stress

I have been really wondering whether can music really ease out stress from normal human being. If we look out at music it just a loud voice which in fact create a noise and increases the level of movement of atom and molecule in air. the movements when reaches human body can really affect the human bodies in various unknowing ways.

if we look at the other side of the issue it really a string of connected word in such a rhythmic way that leads to happy emotions in hearts following the way from our ears. Can a same thing have two different aspects.

I am not looking at the aspect how good is the quality of music. what i am talking about here is the same music can have different face. People earlier use to listen music at a very low volume in form of opera but the same generation have changed and now goes for rock music. is i
t the generation gap or low number of slow songs being produced these days.

for some person it's a pl
easure listening music and for some its a way to increase blood pressure. Friends i hope you all will find out and reduce my dilema.............
